MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE BOARD A regolar meeting of the Board of Directors of United Artists Corporation was held at the office of the corporation, 729 Seventh Avenues, Wew York, New York, Tuesday, ‘April 10, 1945 at 2 P.M. There were present:. Neil F. Agnew Charles Pp. Blinn, Jr. Isaac A. Pennypacker B. Claude Mills Rex Dennant Béward C. Raftery constituting a quorun. There was also present Harry J. Muller, Assistant Secretary of the corporation. Mr. Raftery acted as Chairman and Mr. Muller acted as Secretary.” 1. HOQUICE OF MEBTING The meeting wes called pursuant to telegraphic notice attached to these minutes. 2. MINUTES OF PENTIOUS MEETING The Chairman explained that Mr. Mills wrote a letter in which he suggested that an identification be given of the official capacity of Mr. Adams referred to in paragraph 3 of. this minutes of the previous meeting and that the initials F.Z.A. mentioned in the sme paragraph be expanded. The Chairman explained that the Mr. Adams referred to is Mr. Stanley B. Adaus whose official duty is Head of Consumers Durable Goods of War Production Board, Washington, D.C. One of the branches in the Consumers Durable Goods is the Motion Picture Division.
