MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEBFING Mr. Mille moved that the reading of the mimites of the previous meeting be dispensed with since such mimtes were circulated to all directors and stock. holders. Mr. Dennant seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously. 3. YANGUARD FIIMS, INC. The Chairman reported that Vanguard Piles, Inc. has now requested a distribution contract covering 60 mitute feature pictures similar to the contracts of The Pickford Corporation amd Charles Chaplin. He stated that he would send such a contract to Mr. Kramer as soon as it was prepared.
