Four of these pictures have been delivered, as follows: BRIDGE OF SAN WIS REY DARK WATERS CAPTAIN KIDD DIARY OF A CHAMBERMAID The amendment was made primarily to get a stipulation to the effect that the General Service Studio would be available for United Artists producers exclusively. Mr. Bogeaus is requesting an extension of his contract to December 31, 1947 and that he be privileged during this two year period to deliver a minimum of two pictures and 4 maximum of five pictures in each year. Terms would be 25% for the United States; Canada and England and standard terms for the rest of the mrld. The minimus and naxteu woul4 be at the option of Mr. Bogeaus. It means that Mr. Bogeaus would be permitted to deliver to us at the outside eight pictures in addition to the two he is presently committed for. The pictures he has under contemplation are, WR. ACE AWD THE QUEEN, vie oes George Raft THE STRANGE CASE OF CAPTAIN MCCOMBER, starring Gregory Peck, to be co produced by Casey Robinson PAVLOWA, starring Toumonova, to be co-produced by Casey Robinson * The terns of the cnmnies contract were 28% fog. United States, Canada and England covering the first three pictures and the 1945 amendment provided for 2744 for United States, Canads and England for the next three pictures. The new proposal’ is for 25% terms for the United States, Canada and England on all ten pictures, standard terms for the rest of the world. Mr. Dennant moved that Management be authorized to conclude this deal, giving to Managencat the latitude to close at 2746 or 25% depending upon which deal Gan be made. Mr. Agnew seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
