Condensed Operating Statement (Foreign only) for the 43 weeks ending October 27, 1945, Monthly Cabled Report for the 43 weeks ending Cctober 27, 1345. ' Tentative Consolidated Balance Sheet and Tentative Consolidated Income Statement as at Septesber 29, 1945 (with certain exceptions). os ~ 14. PHILIP ¥. Sime Mr. Eremer stated that in view of Mr. Siff's governmental jaunt . to the Orient, Mr. Siff wishes to resign at the lees of this meeting. Mr. Kramer moved that Mr. Siff's resignation be accepted as at the close of this meeting and at the same time Mr. J. Leonafi Case be elected in his place. Mr. Agnew seconded the motion and it was ener wnanimously.
