S5ANDAnD TEMS Mr. Mills moved that the schelule of standard terms for features which was distrituted to the directors earlier in this meeting be incorporated and made a part of the minutes and that hereafter he will wderstani that whenever standard terms are referred to in a proposal that these are the terns. aa that are presented as standard and if there is any deviation therefrom, those deviations, alterations or meninats will be exnlained to the Board at the tine the proposition is made. Mr. Kramer seconded the motion and it was carried. A copy of this schedmle is attached to these mimtes. The meeting then adjourned.
