He will pay the house rental of thirty (30%) percent of the cross with a guarantee to make up any deficit if the thirty (30%) percent does not equal the hmse mt plus $2,500.00 profit (the house mt will mean the actual house expense; to wit, rent plus operation). ‘He will have the right to terminate the run upon two weeks! prior notice at my tine. United Artists will have the right to terminate the run upon two weeks’ prior notice if in any week the gross receipts fall below $17,000.00, or in any event at any time after six (6) months from april 7, 1947.
