LRGAL SERvIoRS Mr. Schwarte moved, That the firm of Schwartz and Frohlich be awarded the om of ra $40,000 counsel fees in the suit brought by the corporation in the name of Charles Chaplin against Vanguard Films, Inc. and also services rendered in connection with the recent controversy with Vanguard Films, Inc., That $15,000 be cunvtal as special compensation to the firm of Weisman, Grant, Nova and Doskow for services rendered in the Vanguard matter, and ° That $5,900 be awarded to Herman L. Weisman as a member of the Committes in connection with the Vangard litigation, being the same amount as wos awardel to Mr. Mills. Mr. Mills seconded the motion and it was carried.
