9. RAPHAEL SHIPMAN
The Chairman distributed a semorandum he prepared concerning negotiations between David Coplan and Raphael Shipman covering the production of British pictures. The Chaiman stated that he had studied the situation and recommends the proposal but he believes someone would have to go to England to work out the matter. He stated further that Mr. Shipman controls two large studios and one small one.
