If Producer so directs all laboratory work shall be done in the laboratory designated by Producer and United may not move the negative to any other laboratory without the written consent of Producer. Color United shail not, however, make or eause to be made any additional color positive copies without the approval of Producer. Producer, however, agrees not to withhold its approval unreasonably but to authorize the making of such additional color positive copies as in the opinion of United may be reasonably necessary and advisable for the marketing of such color motion pictures.
