"Mr. Chalif suggested fhat a chatice be nade in Mr. Kelly's contract dy elininatine the provision for the payment of Mrs. Kellr's traveling exmenses. Wr. Kelly stated that this as an arrancenent that he alvars enjoyed and it was a dasic part of his arrangement with the company and a provision of the last contract. The Chairman stated that he had signed the contract and it was in the haygas of the O'Brien office and that the changes in the contract were agreed upon by Mr. Jacoby for Ur. Xel%} and by Panl OBrien for the company. 19. KIS Furcns mat The Chairtan sugsested that the financine plan proposed by Mr. Mills be deferred pending the ontcome of the REO matter.
