There were present: Arthur ¥. Kelly E. Clande Mills Herbert P. Jacoby Vitalis Ll. Chalif Sam Dembow, Jr. Charles Schwartz Franklin Cole Gradwell L. Sears constituting a quormm. There was also present Harry J. Muller, Assistant Secretary. Mr, Sears acted as Chairman and My. Muller acted as Secretary. 1. HORIGR oF umerrwe | The meeting was called pursuant to telegraphic notice attached to these minutes. 2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING The mimtes of the previous meeting had not yet been circulated to the directors and stockholders tut it was agreed that the reading of suck mimtes be dispensed with. 3. ages . The Chairman stated that he did not have the Agenda prepared in sufficient time to mail to each director tut he thereupon distributed copies to the directors present. ——
