MANUEL PENA RODRIGUEZ The Chairman read to the meeting a copy of a aks sent by Walter Gould to Arthur Kelly exnlaining that-Manuel Pena Rodriguez, who produced, in Argentine, the Spanish speaking picture CONSIDER THZ LILIES OF THE FIELD, is requesting an urzent advance of 50,000 Argentine Pesos which Gould considers amply safe-guarded by the producer's share of the picture. The Chairman also : read the reply cable from Arthur Kelly approving of this advance providing it is the first charge against the picture after deduction of prints and advert ising, subject to the approval of this Board. Mr. Schwartz moved that this advance be granted in accordance with Mr. Kelly's approval. Mrz Denbow seconded the motion “and it was carried. .
