There were present: Herbert P. Jacoby 3. Clande Wills Peter J. A. Cusack — Vitalis L. Chalif constituting a quorus. There were also present, Panl D.O'Zrien of O'Brien, Driscoll, Raftery and Lawler, Harry J. Muller, Assistant Secretary and, during part of the meeting, Miss Mary Pickford.
