Sears, who at that time was in the hospital; and also spent considerable time with Fr. Pant Lazarus, Jr., ant other executives of Unitec artiete Gerporetion. —~~ the stockholders. ‘This report showed an operating deficit of $266,454.20 as of Fuly lst, 1950. Mo working canital has been ot inte the company since the date of that report; therefore it is obvious that the deficit of working eapital has continued to imerease. The amount of working capital now nsedei is discussed later in this report. FROPET amd JOSS SPORT During the firet seven months ending July 29th, 1950, the Onited artists Corporation lost $454,000. ‘This is at the rate of $65,000 per month. Ses report Under the new t in the next four sonths ending December and, 1950, the compamy lost_a total of pOOO. This is at the rate of $15,000 a month less, aa contrasted with $65,000 per month less for the previous months of the year. The total loss at the end of eleven months ending December 2nd, 1950, was $514,000, as per report attached. .-—
