Since then she has scoied many notable personal hits in a large number of musical production*. making a name for herseif both in London and in the provinces, and securing a place in the front rank of the profession. Only a year after her stage debut she played Teddie Gerrard's part in "Bubbly" at the Comedy Theatre. subsequently touring in the same piece for two vears. In 1919 she played Tina in "The Red Mill" at the Empire Theatre in London, followed by a leading part in "Just Fancy!" at the Vaudeville Theatre and, later, a tour with Jack Buchanan in a vaudeville act. In 1921 she made a hit as Margot in "Sybil" at Daly's Theatre, then appeared as Sophie Lavalle in "The Lady of the Rose" in Manchester and, in 1922, played the same part at Daly s Theatre, where she also played Frou-Frou in a revival of "The Merry Widow" in 1923. In "Katja the Dancer" she delighted countless audiences at two different theatres: the Gaiety and Daly's. In 1926 she played the name part in "iLvonne" at the latter theatre, followed by a Star part in "Hit the Deck" at the London Hippodrome. "Follow Through" and "Little Tommy Tucker" are two of her more recent successes. She is now playing Princess in the pantomime "Aladdin" produced by Sir Nigel Playfair at the Lyric, Hammersmith, London. Needless to say, Iv>' Tresmand is an established Star of the first magnitude.
