Crompton and n large company of singers, are the headllners and are a big hit; Willard Slmms and Company nturn with "Flinders' Furnished Flat," and were the laughing hit of the bill; Jack Wilson and Company in "An Upheaval in Darktown," pleased with their comedy singing and dancing act; Frank Fogerty. the Dublin minstrel. Is mnklng his first appearance here, and well liked; Volta, "the electric marvel," has a novel act; Paulton and Dooley, "The Cowboy and the Tramp." were good; Clan Ballerinl aerial artiste, very clever; ollle Young ami Brothers, with their hoop act, pleased immensely. AVENUE (Drew A Campbell, mgrs.).— The Sam Devere hIiow with "Mr. Planet From Mars" and "The Belle of Boston," opened Sunday and gave a fair show. The company Includes Phil Ott, Nettie Nelson and Company, Jacob* and West, Al Stedman and his pony ballet, All Hunter and All Simonds and Ward* and Lavelle Sisters. GAYETY (H. H. Hedge*, mgr.).—J. Herbert Mack's "World Reaters" hold the lx>ards this week. The burlesque* given are "The Isle of Rubbernecks" and "A Trip to Newport." The company Is a large one and gives satisfaction. THEATRE ROYAL (Callle A: Kemsky, mgrs.).— A complete change of moving picture programme Is given, including "The Poor Old Couple." "The Pearl Fisher" and "A Race for Millions."
