Station WIND, Gary, is issuing an efficiency report this week for, the year 1934 which shows a new high in regard to time on the air. For the year 1934 the station was on the air 6,694 hours and 21 minutes. It was off the air only six hours and 20 minutes, or 96/l,0ppth of 1% of total time scheduled due to mechan- ical failure of its equipment.
