However, there appears no chance for any improvement in the field of receivers or transmission equipment. Army-Navy; demands for radar and similar equipment are at an all-time high and it will probably be months before there is a break here. Phil Spitalny will mark the 10th anniversary of the organization of his all-girl ensemble late in Sep- tember with a concert in Public Hall and a General Electric Hour of Charm broadcast out of Cleveland, it was announced this week. Spitalny, a native of Cleveland, will bring his group here after a two-week stay in Chicago.
