Broomhall, secretary of the Jewel Photoplays, and manager of the Jefferson, has brought suit for $10,- 000 against the leaders of Hamilton Musicians' local No. 131 for alleged in- tereference with the operation of a new pipe organ recently installed. The management dispensed with the orchestra when the organ was installed whereupon it seams that the local made an unsuccessful attempt to have the 1 orchestra reinstated when, it is alleged, the local conspired to prevent music- ians from accepting an engagement in the theatre.
