The City Council exonerated City Councilor Wilson Carroll tonight from the charge of accepting money to put through an ordinance for ths Boulevard Theatre Co. Edward J. Wiley, the promoter, who made ths charges, refused to appear, as did Albert Buck, who was associated with Wiley in selling stock in the theatre. The finding is not satis- factory, and it is the general im- pression that the Bar Association and the gra^d jury may take up the case.
