Mildred is one of the most beautiful children appearing on the screen today, her features being of a classic mold, perfect mouth, deep blue eyes and an abundance of hair, the color of spun flax. She is most earnest and energetic in her work and still finds time for the advancement of her studies under a private tutor. Has played in the motion pictures about four years. Her first experience was playing child leads with the Western Vitagraph Company for one year; then followed an engagement with the New York Motion Picture Company, where she has been playing child leads for the past three years. A few of her notable successes were in "The Pride of the South," "Wheels of Destiny," "Grandad" and "The Social Ghost." Now playing child leads' in Baum's Fairy Tale productions under direction J.
