IIUUVKK PHOTO HUL.E WARRENTON. Born in Flint, Mich., June 22, 1863. Miss Warrenton first appeared on the stage when she was just old enough to walk, and continued playing child parts in company with her mother until the age of eight, when she went to school until she was fifteen, then taking a course of elocution under James E. Murdock, and in 1879 she had her own company en tour, playing leads in repertoire under the management of Sheridan Corbyn for one year, afterwards playing in stock with her father through the south for three years, and in 1887 accepted a position for two years as teacher of elocution and voice culture at St. Mary's Academy, Notre Dame, Ind., after which she toured the United States, Canada and Europe in reading and dramatic recitals for five years. Returning, she was leading woman with W. V. Ranons in Shakespearean repertoire for two years, and five years in stock with Ulrich Stock Company, Los Angeles, Cal. Joined Universal Company in 1912 as leading character woman nnder Mr. Davis, and is now playing character parts under Henry McRae.
