EEL.IX B. MODJESKA. Born in Omoha, Neb., August 6, 1887. Before joining the moving pictures, made a two years' tour with Madam Modjeska, his grandmother. His first experience in the moving pictures was with the Biograph under D. W. Griffith. Then followed an engagement with the Universal Film Company, which he left to join the New York Motion Picture Company, where he worked under Thos. H. Ince in "Domino," Broncho and Kay-Bee brands.
