Theatre in Los Angeles when Mack Sennett saw him, offered him a test and, later, a piart in comedies. He then joined R.K.O. Pathe (now absorbed by R.K.O. Radio), and remained with that company until Jan., 1932, when a difference resulted in the breaking of his contract.
